Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and all products are thoroughly checked by our quality control team before being shipped to you. However if for any reasons you have changed your mind, believe you have received a faulty or incorrect product please follow the below instructions in order to return your goods.
Please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your products with the order number and a brief reason for the return.
We will reply with a returns form which must be completed, printed and returned with your package.
Our returns policy lasts 28 days. If more than 28 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately we’re unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging with labels and tags attached.
You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning an item and it’s advisable to use a trackable service as we’re unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we have received your return it will be inspected and you will receive an email to notify you if you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds do not include the cost of the original postage.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt of your products and you will receive an email from us once complete. Please note funds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, this is dependant on your bank.
When seeking a refund for orders which include a free gift, please return the gift along with your order. We reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift with any refund.
Please note that we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on any sale pieces, face masks or gift cards. All sales are final.
