Festive Returns & Exchanges
We know gifting can be tricky, that’s why we’ve extended our returns window for the holiday season. Any order placed from 1st December onwards will be eligible for exchange or return until 10th January 2026.
We want you to love your Silk Works purchase- but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Please email hello@silkworkslondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and a brief reason for the return.
We’ll reply with a returns form, which we kindly ask you to include with your parcel. If you don’t have access to a printer, you’re welcome to handwrite the details on a piece of paper instead.

Our returns policy is valid for 28 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels and tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Once received, your return will be inspected and we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether it qualifies for a refund or exchange.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving your return, but please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Free Gifts:
If your order included a free gift, this must also be returned to receive a full refund. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its value from your refund.
