We want you to love your Silk Works purchase- but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Please email hello@silkworkslondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.

We’ll reply with a returns form, which we kindly ask you to include with your parcel. If you don’t have access to a printer, you’re welcome to handwrite the details on a piece of paper instead.

Key Information:

  • Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels and tags attached.

  • Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set. We are unable to accept partial returns of set items.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Please note that we are unable to accept returns sent via parcel locker services (such as InPost), and all returns must be delivered directly to our warehouse address.
  • Once received, your return will be inspected and we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether it qualifies for a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving your return, but please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, face masks and eye masks are non-refundable 

Free Gifts:

If your order included a free gift, this must also be returned to receive a full refund. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its value from your refund.
