FAQ

How is The Cloud different from Audrey?
The Cloud is contoured and more cushioned, with polyester fibre filling for a plush feel. Audrey is our classic padded silk eye mask with pure silk-fibre filling. Both use Grade 6A, 22 momme mulberry silk on the outside.

Does The Cloud block light?
Yes. The contoured shape and soft padding help shut out light for a darker, quieter rest at home or when travelling.

Is the outer silk real mulberry silk?
Yes. 100% mulberry silk at Grade 6A and 22 momme, OEKO TEX Standard 100 certified. The soft inner fill is polyester fibre, stated honestly in the details above.

Hand wash in cool water below 30°C with a pH-neutral or silk-safe detergent. Gently agitate the water and avoid twisting or wringing.

Hang to dry away from direct heat. Do not iron.
